Refund policy

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to return the product and 14 days to exchange it.

Our easy return policy requires two simple steps:

  1. Return the relevant products After inspection, take a video of the product showing the condition of the sole and send it to 01144481088 in the same condition in which it was supplied and in its original packaging with the relevant invoice.

  2. Items purchased online using "Sympl" installments method can only be refunded online and not through our offline stores,  in case of any inquiries please contact our customer service team at (Email or Phone or WhatAapp)

  3. Outlet items can only be exchanged/refunded through our outlet stores only. 

Online Exchange policy

To exchange an item within the 14 days period, please call our Online Customer Service: (Email or Phone or WhatAapp) or via Facebook or Instagram and inform them what items you need to exchange. Please share all the required details with the customer service representative and in that case, you would only pay the Shipping Fees and the price difference (if there is one).  in the same condition as supplied and in their original packaging.

It is allowed to open the application in the presence of the representative and to confirm the required size and color. In the event that you do not wish to receive the order, it is handed over to the representative and the shipping fees are paid only. In the event that a replacement/exchange is required, you can contact our support team via WhatAapp or by sending a message through our social media channels regarding the required return.
